Provision of registered office 

The registered office of a company is the address to which all correspondence and notices may be sent and it need not be the same as the trading address. We assist in all statutory and compliance requirements as the registered office address is always a physical location and typically situated in the country of registration. Unless otherwise instructed, the statutory registers of a company are kept at the registered office and the full registered office address, along with the relevant company number are stated on documents of the company. Although this service is typically bound with related corporate services, it may also be delivered as a stand-alone offering if requested.
