Fund Setup

We conduct an in-depth pre-launch review of our clients' operations so as to facilitate a seamless launch. Altree Services ensures effective interaction among offshore and onshore legal counsel, the sponsor, and all relevant service providers. Fund setup services include, but are not limited to:

• Completion of pre-launch review
• Incorporation of any onshore / offshore investment vehicles or management companies
• Coordination of and negotiation with onshore / offshore service agents
• Review of all service agreements
• Review of all offering documentation
• Review of all policy documentation
• Procurement of legal and professional advice with regard to accuracy and appropriateness of relevant documentation
• Identification and appointment of directors
• Selection of fund sponsor(s) for exchange listing
• Preparation and distribution of shareholder communiqué
